This week we are management planning for the National Trust at the wonderful landscape and gardens of Erddig in North Wales….here are some nice photos courtesy of the other Mike.
Gorgeous! This has to be shared on social media with the comment “And … where do you work?”… as mischievous friends of mine blessed with similar workplaces do 🙂
I was intrigued to read on Wiki that the family who owned Erddig before it was handed to the National Trust never threw anything away and instructed the National Trust not to remove anything from the House.
I didn’t know that. I never actually went in the house, my work only deals with the land and gardens. Perhaps if they never threw anything away you can’t actually get in the house for all the stuff in the way?
I wondered that too!!!!!
Lovely! They make me want summer to last forever. Now autumn is upon us here with cold winds and some rain. But no complaints…we’ve had the summer of the century this year.
Have a inspired planning time!
It looks just beautiful over there. Another reason for me to go back to the British Isles, eventually.
Thank you Steffi I will, come back to Britain and visit anytime 🙂

Oh I couldn’t do that, and anyway it’s not always so nice 🙂
So you should post images exhibiting rain and cold 🙂
That’s a good idea I will!
A beautiful environment to work in. Love the way the sky blue is echoed in the agapanthus blue in the first photo.
Nice observation, like your eye 🙂

Yes summer has been great this year, which makes winter a little more bearable!
Lovely photos of Erddig. Would you believe, it’s on my doorstep and I’ve never been there!! Blessings, my friend.
Time for a visit perhaps? It is lovely. Thanks Isabella 🙂
